If you want to cancel your flight and other travel arrangements, you must send us a cancellation instruction in writing, signed by the same person who made the booking form for the flight and other travel arrangements. This instruction must be sent to our Administration Department by recorded delivery (the address is on your booking confirmation). Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your written cancellation instruction. If you fail to make payments to us in accordance with these Booking Conditions we may treat this as a cancellation by you.
If you cancel your flight and other travel arrangements at any time after your booking has been accepted by us, then you must pay us a charge to compensate us for the expense and losses which we will incur as a result of your cancellation. We start to incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likelihood there is of us being able to recover those costs by re-selling the flight and other travel arrangements at the website price. That is why our cancellation charges increase the closer the cancellation is to the departure date.. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy you should be able to recover your cancellation charges. The cancellation charges will be calculated in accordance with the table below and will be notified to you by us following your cancellation instruction. Where one or more members of a party which has booked a flight and other travel arrangements together wishes to cancel his or her flight and other travel arrangements, but the remaining members of the party do not, then the cancellation charge will be based upon the price of that person's or those persons' flight and other travel arrangements.
The amount of cancellation charges applied depend on the time before departure. The cancellation charges are levied as a % of your total flight and travel arrangements cost (excluding insurance premiums). The fee charged will be dependant on the number of days prior to your departure that we receive your cancellation instruction, as highlighted below:
56 days or more : 10% or deposit if greater
56-29 days : 50% or deposit if greater
28-22 days : 70% or deposit if greater
21-15 days : 80% or deposit if greater
14-1 days : 100% or deposit if greater
Please note: Cancellations are not in any way a profit center for us and if we receive a cancellation our sole endeavour is to complete the necessary steps without any duress for either party.
